Minimum requirements
• Completed matric
• Formal wine training qualification
• 4 Years’ experience in a similar position
• Good general knowledge of the wine industry
• Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Organisation and line management skills
• Experience of commercial sales, financial transactions and administration
Duties
• Overall management and coordination of all activities of the tasting room
• Offering and sales of wines
• Present wine tastings & manage cellar tours
• Friendly reception of guests & maintaining of excellent client relations
• Management and control of tasting room staff & setting of service rosters
• Stock and cash managment
• Management of tasting room admin with EZY-programme
