Work Integrated Learning & Bursary Specialist required in Midrand

Duties: 

• To register, promote and implement the various Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programmes and Bursaries that form part of the Annual Performance Plan and SLA
• To manage the implementation of the various projects from inception to completion, including monitoring and controlling the budget and financial aspects for the projects
• To liaise with and manage relationships with employers, Public Higher Education Institutions and service providers that form part of the learning programmes delivery model
• To travel extensively whilst representing the company at the various stakeholder forums, events, employer site-visits, attending workshops including the honouring learning programmes related invitations by stakeholders

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s in Business Management or Learning & Development Degree or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in the implementation of learning programmes (including bursaries and internships)
• 3 years’ project management experience
• A valid driver’s license
• Project management qualification, preferably Prince II
