Workforce Management Scheduler – Call Centre
Seeking an experienced Workforce Mangement Scheduler for a leading BPO dealing with International and Local clients.
The environment is that of structure and growth, staff retention is taken extremely seriously.
The Role:
This position is responsible for developing Agent Shift Schedules and monitoring adherence to the actual plan.
Main Duties:
• Workforce Planning
• Monitoring
• Reporting and Administration

Qualifying Criteria:
• Matric / Grade 12
• 1 - 2 years Workforce Scheduling Experience - non-negotiable
• MS Suite - Advanced Excel; MS access - Intermediate
• Knowledge of Avaya/Genesys
• SQL/Crystal
• MS Access
• Excellent written and spoken command of English
• South African Citizen’s ONLY
• This position is responsible for developing Agent Shift Schedules and monitoring adherence to the actual plan.

Salary on Offer:
R18,300 CTC per month - Dependent on experience
