KPA's

* Liaise with various entities such as schools, education authorities and learners in order to facilitate the placement and administration of the College's Workplace Integrated Learning (WIL) Programmes.
* Ensure that all the necessary systems, policies and procedures are in implemented to ensure a smooth and satisfactory placement regime.
* Communicate with learners on a continous basis and to assist them to complete the WIL Programme.
* Monitor the work of the moderators who evaluate the learners for their WIL component of the curriculum.
* Submit reports to the Head of School on the outcome of WIL Programmes.

Job Requirements:
* MUST be an experienced / qualified Teacher
* MINIMUM Bachelor's Degree in Teaching
* Have specific experience in running a school that includes pupil-teacher programmes
