We are looking for a candidate with strong technical knowledge to manage servicing and maintenance of earthmoving machinery and mobile cranes for a major player in the industry.

Your duties will include:

Managing the daily running of the workshop and field service activities
Managing budgets
Ensuring that staff undergo necessary Training
Marketing the workshops services in order to increase sales performance
Ensuring that you customers are kept up to date on outstanding order and job progress

Criteria to be successful in this role:

A Matric certificate or equivalent
Be a qualified Diesel Technician with a good knowledge of electrics
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to to deal effectively with top management and customers
The ability to manage your time effectively
Be highly motivated and prepared to work independently
Be highly presentable and excited about promoting the Company and it's services
Previous management experience in a similar role
Have a passion for customer service
A valid drivers license
Be a South African citizen
