Workshop Manager based in Bethlehem

• To ensure the day to day effective management of the Workshop department
• To protect the company assets and promote the expansion of the operation in line with the strategic vision of the company.
• To ensure professional and effective service delivery to clients.

Education

• Trade tested Diesel mechanic (red seal)

Experience 

• A strong technical background, skills and knowledge
• Basic management and supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Case Tractors and Harvesters will be advantageous
• Basic Industrial Relations and Human Resources Experience
• Extensive experience in running a workshop
• Computer Literacy
• Adaptability and Flexibility
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions
• Strong administration experience and understanding of administration and basic financial concepts
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff
