• Based in the Southern Suburbs.
• Have valid license and own transport.
• General Server knowledge.
• Attention to detail and implementing of systems.
• Standardizing service of technicians.
• Focus on billing labour in the workshop and remotely.
• Experience with NAS setup .
• Min 3 years experience
• VPN
• ADSL setup/access points
• Pastel setup and import
• Overseeing of ALL technical jobs.
• Liaising with Monique to organize the run (pick up’s and drop off’s)
• Ensuring that initial considerations are carried out with new clients.
• Able to assist with jobs on a technical level, when needed.
• CPOA - audit is kept updated
