Requirements and experience:
Facilitator certification
Assessor certification
Moderator certification
SDF certification
Proven track record of instructional design
Proven record of strong interpersonal skills and communication on all levels of the business
Drivers licence and own reliable transport
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Learning and Development

Learnership/WIL specialist with amazing admin skills
Proven record of creation of accredited courses and emphasis on attention to detail and record keeping
Must be willing to travel (1 week in each area)
Must be able to work under short deadlines and pressure
