I started at a program called SACA (South African Chef Association), where I learned my basic cooking skills. Although I began my cooking back home where I found my passion for food from a young age, especially meals shared with family on occasions. After high school, I perused my love for food by means of an opportunity at the SACA program and advanced to a culinary school where I got my qualification. I am an honest, enthusiastic and very hard working individual who work very well both in a team and independently. I am also fast learner, especially when dealing with food, which is a passion very close to my heart. Service delivery is a trade I pride myself highly in and as such putting in extra time and effort is something that comes very easily to me. I have come to understand the demands of the line of works I am in over the years of experience attained and have developed a strength of working very well under pressure and adapting easily to the set requirement high workloads.
