Bytes Managed Solutions was established as a result of a merger in 2010 between two parent companies, Bytes Managed Services and Bytes Specialised Solutions. They have a large geographical footprint spanning not only nationwide, but also into Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique and Mauritius. The company markets, supports and maintains enterprise-wide information products and services by presenting their clients with end-to-end solutions or all-round business solution and products to enable them to engage in profitable, high volume business transactions. They are the exclusive distributor for NCR products in South Africa as well as other leading brands like HP, Cisco and Dell. Their services include the implementation of Automated Teller Machines (ATM’s), Speedpoints, Point-of-sales for back office and retail, asset audits and software design. These services are used in a wide variety of sectors including software, hospitality and healthcare. They have over 95 service points which supports 850 000 devices throughout southern Africa.
