They investigate and implement processes that best suits each client’s needs. When a client accepts a quote from LSC Staffing Solutions, a Staffing Specialist is assigned to them. The specialist has the following responsibilities: Placement and replacement of staff; Handling of disciplinary and IR issues; Administering site payroll; Issuing of uniforms and safety shoes (if applicable); and settling of disputes. Experts are employed by LSC in the staffing solutions field, which removes the employment risk otherwise assumed by the client.
