I foremost would like to state that I am hearing impaired, however I am well trained in lip reading and my hearing improves tremendously with the help of a hearing aid. "Not ethical in their ways"

I worked for this company but despite it being a permanent position, I was dismissed with no warnings or even investigations into my complaints to the MD. I was never given a warning for my work or a disciplinary hearing. I was always belittled and shouted at. Sorry, just the plain down truth.

Working for Nashua was great. I went from an average sales consultant to one of the best. I wanted to grow in the company and thus applied for other positions but I was declined. I heard that when you are good at what you do they never want to move you. I was in the same postion for over four years and felt trapped in a way. That's when I decided to resign. I would go back again if their policy changes.
