The company per se was a great American Company with great values and emphasis on the employee. I enjoyed the respect and medical professional workers which was great . Pity it was so political and an ethos of management being snooty and superior to all with a dismissive manner. This was my area unfortunately and dont think it was the whole Company .

Pfizer either had 'The best in class' or The No.1 in class' brands. They arguably had 'The best in industry' employees in S.A. Very dynamic leadership team that saw the company being rated one of the top multinational pharma in the country.
