Administration of service request and assessing admin, Quality assure all claim docs, Request outstanding info from clients Administration of claims email box, starting new work flows and uploading docs Drafting letters to send to assessors Hotline: liaising with Brokers on status of claim and members.

- Initiate and quality assure claim before it goes to assessor
- liase with member on outstanding docs for claiming
Cons
- having to follow up on members that have send wrong applications
- dealing with ND members(non disclosures)
- follow up frm doctors rooms that hv incorrectly filled a form
- backlog
- international members not being able to reach them
