Assistant Food & Beverage Manager KZN Midlands Drakensberg
We are looking for an experienced ASSISTANT Food & Beverage Mangager to work at this charming country property in the KZN Midlands.

To start as soon as possible.


Reporting to Food and Beverage Manager – the applicant should have knowledge and proven management experience in the following:

• Food and Beverage Management Certificate/Diploma an added advantage
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar position
• Working knowledge of Kitchen Operations
• Working knowledge of menus and costing
• Stock Control (Food and Beverage)
• Management and Control of OE
• Supplier Relations
• Cost of Sales Food and Beverage
• Restaurant and Bar Management
• Banqueting and Functions
• Guest Relations expertise, excellent interpersonal skills with English home language
• Legislative Compliance OHSA/LRA/BCEA, HACCP etc
• Labour Relations and HR
• Computer literate (Microsoft, Opera/Micros/AccPac Stock Control) and competent administration skills
