Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to run a world class, top ten rated, restaurant in Somerset West area. The restaurant offers a Italian, Mediterranean and European influenced menu.

Requirements: Experience in managing a restaurant in a 5* property / Strong Food & Beverage background / Service and Guest Centric / Excellent Food and Wine knowledge (WSET or CWA course or similar would be beneficial) / Strong stock control / Strong staff management

Salary: R6000 - R8000 NETT
Start date: October
