Barman | Sabi Sands Game Reserve | 5 Star Lodge

We are currently looking for a BARMAN to join this well-known hospitality group with luxury lodges located in the Sabi Game Reserve. Each one of the lodges flank the Sabi River and enjoys spectacular views of both the bush and the animals that flock to the water’s edge.

As ideal candidate you will have:

at least 2 years of experience from a similar establishment / upmarket restaurant / bar or 5 star lodge
fluent English
excellent communication skills
great presentation and personal hygiene
very good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
good skills in cocktail making will be a great advantage
ability to work under pressure
friendly personality
Duties and Responsibilities:

prepare all kinds of drinks as per customer's orders
keep the bar area clean at all times
stock the bar prior to rush hours and at the end of the shift
be organized at all times
Must be able to advise customers and explain different drinks
