Pick Me Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Chef de Partie with solid Pastry skills at an award winning restaurant in Stellenbosch area.
The perfect candidate has exceptional technical skill and a strong pastry background, able to work at a high pace with attention to detail, passionate and hard working.

Key Responsibilities and Minimum Requirements

• A Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts
• Matric
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Fine Dining environment
• Exceptional pastry skills
• Experience in Hot and Cold Section
• Work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, on all levels
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays

Remuneration: Market Related
