Chef de Partie - Addo
• Gr 12
• Completed tertiary qualification in Culinary Arts
• Min 2 years previous experience gained as a Commi Chef
• Previous working experience gained within a 5* working environment will be highly beneficial
• Excellent references
• Must be fluent in English
•The Chef De Partie supports the Lodge and Kitchen Management teams to develop & provide authentic, innovative & creative dishes to guests.
•The Chef De Partie actively develops and displays the level of competence, professionalism and excellence that is expected
at the lodge at all times.
Supports the kitchen management team to ensure that the kitchen operations are ready to cater for guests at any time during the normal operating hours, as and when required.
•The Chef De Partie actively trains & develops Jnr kitchen staff as and when required & develops their specialization, skills and knowledge about authentic and innovative cuisine.
Hospitality hours / Shift work applies: 11 Days on / 3 days off
