CHEF DE PARTIE – Franschhoek Area

Our client, a restaurant situated on a Historic Estate close to Franschhoek, is seeking a strong Chef De Partie with experience in cold section. Aside from being a scenic wedding and sought-after functions venue, the historic estate is home to a popular bistro and deli.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant menu boasts bistro-style fare. A Farm to Table Philosophy with wholesome authentic fresh food sourced locally and responsibly.

The ideal individual has strong technical skill and experience in hot and cold section, able to work at a high pace with attention to detail, passionate and hard working.
Position Requirements
• A Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Matric
• Exceptional technical skills and proven track record
• Work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, on all levels
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays

Remuneration: R9 500 – R12 000 pm – based on experience
