A luxurious and upper-class Chateau & Villas Guesthouse is looking for an experienced “Events Coordinator” to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in Franschhoek, Cape Winelands.

Key Performance Areas:

Marketing duties
Co-ordinate all events
Organising conference, weddings and any other events / functions
Correspond with the relevant parties (Chef and personnel) and accommodate
Communicate with Tour Operators
Attend events or functions and make sure everything is running smoothly and according to plan

Requirements:

Grade 12 or relevant qualification
Experience in a similar position
Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
Own transport & Valid license
Must be willing to work shifts
Able to work under pressure and be an all-rounder
