Must be able to run a kitchen in a big establishment
And manage kitchen staff.
Candidate must be flexible and the ability to
accommodate dietary requirement is essential.
Candidate must be hands on position, cook well
Managing the kitchen for purchasing, stock management,
Maintaining costs to training and development staff
Experience in similar sizes property is essential
