EXPERIENCED SOUS CHEF – Upmarket Estate near Franschhoek

Strong Sous Chef required to form part of a dynamic team of a vibrant Bistro on an Upmarket Estate near Franschhoek.

Individual to be a self-starter as well as a team player and be able to execute a menu under pressure as per standards set by Head Chef. At least 2 year’s experience at Sous Chef level with suitable Tertiary Qualification. Own transport essential and willing to work flexible hours. To be well spoken, fluent in English and to have a sound knowledge of best cooking and kitchen practices.

Remuneration: Salary Negotiable
