FACTORY PRODUCTION MANAGER

Requirements:
- Candidates with a diploma or degree in Production management and at least 6 years experience within the manufacturing environment
- Experience in engineering would be to candidates advance
- Computer skills in SAP and MS Office
- Above average problem solving skills
- Good people skills and relationships

Duties will include:
- Manage the various production activities of 2 departments through subordinate supervisors and controllers in order to achieve planned production targets and to ensure the
effective use of available resources.
- Manage and control product quality assurance
- Control production processes and optimize raw material stock levels
- Optimize people, plant, machinery and equipment
- Ensure safety, health & hygiene
- Manage OEE levels
- Service levels for local and export's market
