Large Busy 4* Hotel Polokwane - Limpopo

Requirements

Hospitality Management qualification required
Minimum 5 years F/B Management experience in large busy 4* Hotels required.
Highly experienced in very busy conference and banqueting properties
Highly experienced in high volume conferences & Banquets.
 Strong Hotel Banqueting & Conference Management experience in 4/5* operations required
Must have minimum 5 years experience in a Food & Beverage / Banqueting Management position in  busy large 4* properties
Banqueting management experience essential
Must have overseen a team of at at least 20 staff previously - must currently hold the position of banquet manager
Will be heavily involved in the setting up of systems, must be very AV proficient
Will be required to manage on a daily basis the banquet co-ordinators
Good computer skills
Drivers licence / own transport

Candidate to have excellent Guest Relations skills

To have excellent Staff Relation skills

Salary R 40 000 single housing & company benefits.
