One Partner : Resident Manager

Responsible for Management and staff of all departments

Other Partner : General Operations / Administration

5* Game Lodge Kruger National Park - Mpumalanga Province.

Minimum of 6 year's experience with proven track record within a 5 star lodge environment

Valid Driver’s Licence with PDP

Effectively manage the day to day operations of the Lodges, consistent with
Company Standards and to achieve optimum financial results and better budget.
Implement policies and procedures, as agreed with the General Manager to ensure operations,
financial controls, standards are being met.Implement reporting structures to ensure that information
are readily available, so that GM can in turn report weekly and daily to the CEO.
Financial Management through the Financial Manager. Building of relationships with
all major suppliers to ensure effective business relations.
Represent the Game Lodge in dealing with staff, guests, suppliers and owners.
Achieve good communication and to interpret and enforce agreed management decisions,
policies and attitudes to achieve Company's objectives.
Instill a culture of learning and assist in creating a company for staff and customers.
