Catering company with 3 units has a Group Chef position available in the Pretoria and Centurion area. Each unit consists of a Restaurant with conference and function facilities. Looking for a driven ambitious candidate with 8+ years chef experience. Looking for someone with experience in various styles of food delivery. The suitable candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all three units. Main duties will include menu planning, staff management and stock control. Experience is food costing essential. Must be able to work under pressure with small groups and high volumes. Formal qualification required with long working history at previous employers. Will be expected to be present at functions and events. Own car essential, will be expected to travel between units. Salary R 25 – 35 K.
