5* Lodge & Spa based on an internationally owned wine estate in Stellenbosch is wanting to employ two (2) permanent Guest Relations Officers who will be responsible for ensuring that the guests experience from arrival to departure is seamless in accordance with all policies and procedures. The Guest Relations Officers serves the needs of guests and assist fellow colleagues of different departments if need be.

APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12
• Completed hospitality qualification preferrably
• Min 2 years applicable experience gained within a 5* environment
• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions
• Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
• Must be well-presented
• Friendly, helpful and outgoing
• Professional manner and attitude
• Natural warmth and friendliness
• Punctual & self-disciplined
• Extreme attention to detail
• Pro-Active and a team player
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
