Qualified/ experienced 5 Star Chef. 3+ years experience in a similar position.Bush lodge experience essential.Drivers licence, own transport, hands on professional. Must be Bushbuckridge resident. 5 Star luxury camp based North West Province require Head Chef- qualified and experienced at 4-5 Star level. Hands on Chef. Establish & motivate a team to create a wonderful Guest experience. Able to lead a team, produce creative and homely menus whilst maintaining high company standards. Will include- Menu Development, Staff Training, Meal Service, Stock Take, Maintaining acceptable GPs, Kitchen Hygiene, Implementing systems and procedures, Implementing and maintaining standards with GMs. Bushbuckridge Resident who speaks Xitsonga, Nguni, Basotho or Vhavenda fluently.
