We are urgently seeking Head Chefs from 5 star fine dining background for a luxury upmarket  boutique property in KZN (north coast) Must also have strong culinary skills in special dietary trends.

Minimum requirements:
A formal culinary qualification + matric
Excellent command of English and communication skills
Proven experience of at least 5 years experience in managing staff in busy 5 star kitchens.
Creative and with strong kitchen admin and staff management skills

To commence duties as soon as possible ASAP

Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
