4-6 years working experience
Must be able to live remotely
Manage the a la carte pass on a daily basis
Create and maintain recipes for guest & staff
Maintain and implement hygiene standards
Assist with monthly stock takes
Order kitchen stock weekly
Strong personality that can think on their feet
And work under pressure
Well spoken and well presented individual
Must have grade 12. Formal cooking degree/diploma preferable
