HEAD CHEF – STELLENBOSCH

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Head Chef at a new 62-seater café-style restaurant and tapas-bar in Stellenbosch


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Head Chef within a relaxed, open-plan kitchen environment
• The position requires a creative and a hands-on approach with a rustic and creative tapas and café-style cooking style
• Staff training and development
• Previous pastry experience will be advantageous
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
