Hotel Front Office Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Salary: R15 500 pm
• Management of Reception staff
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office Department.
• Handling and resolving guest queries and complaints.
Requirements:
• Matric
• National Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar qualifications would be advantageous.
• 2 – 3 year’s experience in same role.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Time Management skills
• Great leadership skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Computer literacy is essential ( Word , Excel, outlook , PMS)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Well groomed, presentable and professional manner.
