Exclusive Large wilderness 5* Golf Resort - Waterberg Limpopo

Will be responsible for the management of the operational area in such a manner that customer satisfaction is achieved.

5 -6 years operations management experience in a large Golf Resort required.
Hospitality Management qualification 3 year Diploma or Degree
Highly computer literate
Excellent English in verbal and written format
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Additional language proficiency advantageous
Experience in HR management and stock control management
Ability to contribute to and analyze financial information

Deputize - Responsible for the management of the entire Golf Resort during GM's absence

Effective management of all staff.

Create and maintain relationship with guests.

Effective leadership, manage and oversee all departments within the hotel.

Plan and manage the day to day operations effectively.

Drive the broader goals of the hotel in relation to all outlets mentioned above.

Ensure the required policies, procedures and administrative systems and controls are in place.

Day to day guest interaction to receive feedback and actively implement necessary action.

Leading, training and motivating the team.

Drive the hotel s quality plan and implement all required standards.

Salary R 30 000 including single accommodation.
