A Hotel, Conference and Restaurant venue is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to deputize in the Head Chef absence and to assist with the daily running's of the kitchen. You must have excellent all round experience. Excellent admin skills and up to date on all the latest trends. You must have experience in a 4/5 Star hotel with a culinary diploma. A stable track record with written and traceable references.
