Job Description:

Maintain the complete employee life cycle – onboarding to exit
Administration of employment contracts, recruitment and interview processes
Employee Orientation and Training
Administrate and/or Lead: Workers Committees, EE Committees, Health and
Safety Committees
Administrative reporting
Covid-19 divisional reporting
Ensure that the Company complies with labour legislation and coordinate
Compliance audits
Preparing, reporting and submitting Employment Equity Plans
Updating and maintaining centralized employment data - STACS / COIDA
Managing and submitting Agriseta and Compeasy claims
Preparing and submitting Workplace Skills Plans in collaboration with each
General Manager
Overseeing and coordinating statutory committees – workplace forums and EE
Employee Induction
Maintaining and advising on company policies and procedures
Advising, planning and arranging disciplinary hearings
Overseeing training and development
Conducting skills audits, gap analysis and providing training interventions
Co-ordinating employee wellness and related events

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree/diploma and or equivalent qualification in human resources, business management, or a related field
At least 5 years’ HR experience as an administrator or similar role
