Must have a tertiary qualification in HR..
Must have some retail experience as the position is in the retail head office environment.
Implementation of all payroll systems eg. Sage, VIP.
Work with the recruitment team and report on the performance.
Must have a good track performance of being a high performer
Have excellent leadership skills and be a creative thinker.
