HR Assistant - Port Elizabeth
Well established consulting engineering firm requires an HR Assistant with a minimum of 1 year previous general HR experience.
Own reliable transport required.
Between 1 to 3 years previous HR admin experience required.
Previous experience / knowledge of VIP Premier would be an advantage.
This position will report to the HR Manager and the duties will include (but not limited to):
Capturing of flexi-time and creating of flexi-time reports, Booking of staff training and capturing thereof,
Capturing of staff leave, Maintaining of the HR filing system and Maintaining of data utilizing VIP Premier HR system.
