Internship Overview

Polyoak Packaging is seeking to employ an HR Intern who would like to gain practical experience within an HR environment and be exposed to the broader HR disciplines. The successful candidate will be an energetic self starter who wants exposure across the HR spectrum. They must be prepared to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment whilst not losing attention to detail in all that they do.

Key Responsibilities
HR administration and fulfilling filing requirements
Follow up with various resources on deadline related administration
Recruitment administration, including screening CV’s and setting up interviews
Ad hoc projects related to HR policies and processes
Fielding HR queries via email and telephone

Minimum Requirements:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written at all levels
Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Working practical knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to work independently as a self-starter who goes the extra mile
Ability to work to tight deadlines
