HR Manager - Johannesburg

Company in Northriding is looking for an HR Manager. Must have previous experience as an HR Manager. Will be responsible for the following tasks:
Responsibilities include:
Recruitment and selection
Training and development
Performance management
Personnel/HR administration
Employment equity
Industrial relations
Policy formulation and implementation
Payroll administration/assistance and any other task necessary for the conduct of the employer’s business, as the employer may from time to time direct.
A separate schedule determining the day-to-day tasks of the employee may be handed to the employee in the course of employment.
Full responsibility of Health & Safety ensuring the company is complying with OHS Act. and any other task necessary for the conduct of the employer’s business, as the employer may from time to time direct.

Must have a clear criminal record, ITC & traceable references.
