Job Description:

Drive the recruitment processes and manage the Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit and retain exceptional talent.
Help create an engaging environment that fosters our company values and culture.
Manage and fine tune the onboarding program for all new recruits.-
Maintain HR documentation and administration (attendance on Eco-time, personal files, leave forms, manage uniforms, transport etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Support senior managers in the performance management processes.
Manage the salary increases process.
Update company policies and contracts, provide counselling on policies & procedures.
Support Management and Team leaders with disciplinary and grievance issues, including CCMA representation.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance (e.g. POPIA).
Manage annual reporting relating to HR such as EE and WSP/ATR.
Manage internal training and maintain training material for inhouse training and ensure internal knowledge base bHive is up to date and relevant.
Process monthly payroll elements such as terminations and new hires on Sage VIP system, employee benefits, ESS, parking tag administration and Medical Insurance.
Complete Compensation Fund reporting on IOD and annual WCA submissions.
Oversee office related maintenance and improvements
Act as the Covid regulating officer for all Health and Safety related matters.

Qualifications:

Relevant BCom Hons degree in Industrial Psychology or HRM
Minimum of 5 years work experience as a HR Generalist with at least 2 years in a HR Manager role will be to your advantage
Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Must have Payroll experience (SAGE VIP a must)
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication,interpersonal and administrative skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
Good time management skills
Able to work under pressure
Previous experience dealing with the CCMA and contact centre industry will be to your advantage
Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
Must reside in Southern Suburbs
