HR Manager
Milnerton, Cape Town

Minimum Requirements, these are not negotiable:
Human Resources Degree/ Diploma or related 3 year qualification
ADVANCED Practical knowledge of VIP PAYROLL Premier experience (will be tested if invited to an interview)
5 years minimum working experience as a HR Generalist
Time and attendance systems
Expert knowledge of employment/ labour laws and regulations
Bargaining councils experience
Staff/ personnel management
MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint (mid to advanced level)

OTHER non negotiable requirements:
South African Citizen
Excellent English language capabilities - speak, read, write
Own transport and valid license essential
Must reside in area or direct surroundings
Must have a clear criminal and credit record - due to the fact that this position entails working with finances
Excellent communication and management skills
Honest and trustworthy - as this person will deal with confidential information

Responsibilities:
FULL HR Function - recruitment through to terminations of employment, which will include but is not limited to:
Skills Development
Employment Equity
Control and management of full payroll function
Implementation and development of HR Strategy and Plan
Chair various committee meetings
Training planning
WCA and RMA cases
Annual returns
HR Account reconcilitations

Salary: On client discretion (basic monthly salary plus benefits)
