Position: HR Practitioner

Remuneration: Depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements:
• Have a Degree / Diploma in IR/HR
• Have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience within the disciplines of HR with the focus on
Industrial Relations within a manufacturing environment
• Have excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Display strong resilience
• Have advanced conflict, dispute and problem resolution experience
• Possess good business acumen
• Be a team player, yet able to work independently
• Be proficient on Ms Office
• Have good presentation skills
