JUNIOR SOUS Chef or a very experienced CDP all-rounder to start work SOONEST at this stunning 4 star property.

- Matric
- A formal culinary qualification will be a distinct advantage
- Cuisine experience at 3 - 4 star level: A la carte, buffet, conferences & banqueting function - hot and cold kitchens, breakfasts. (Bakery an advantage)
- Must have kitchen and staff management experience and full running of the pass
- Good positive attitude, hard working, sober habits and clean hygienic habits
- Excellent communication skills with good command of English (isiZulu an advantage)
- Prepared to work different rostered shifts
- Reliable transport arrangements
- Proven experience and traceable work references
