Small (60 seater) quality country bistro/restaurant requires services of a Kitchen manager/quality control manager;

Prefer South African candidates - experience essential - no on the job training here. You'll have to hit the ground running.

Duties include ;

* TOTAL STOCK MANAGEMENT from 'in' to 'out'
* DAILY REPORTING TO TOP DOG.
* USE OF PILOT SYSTEM - if you don't know Pilot, please don't apply.
All Stock entries, food costs, recipe maintenance and portion control.

You'll need to be single (preferrably) energetic, honest (as in really honest), be able to discipline the kitchen brigade to work with you, account for all purchases, and watch food cost and stock like a hawk - everyday.
English, Afrikaans and any other languages a requirement.

Daily opening and occasional front of house management will be a requirement.
