The Manager: Organisational Development will provide support to the General Manager through the implementation of the following Key Performance Areas (KPA’s):

• Training and Development
• Talent Management
• Organisational Development
• Performance Management
• Training and Development
• Succession planning

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar; A postgraduate qualification would be advantageous; Registration as an HR Professional with the South African Board for People Practice would be beneficial; 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience in a human resource management function; At least 5 years in an Organisational Development position; Extensive knowledge of Organisational Development methodologies; Knowledge of Talent Management; Knowledge of Performance Management systems especially Balance Scorecard; Training and Development Facilitation Skills; Knowledge of Succession planning
