Payroll Administrator with HR experience - Johannesburg

This candidate will work hand-in-hand with the HR manager
Payroll administrators are responsible for payroll processes, computing wages, and ensuring that employees' salaries are paid correctly and on schedule.
Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax, and deductions.
Preparing and issuing earnings statements.
Maintaining employee records.
Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
Providing administrative assistance to the HR department.
Any other task necessary for the conduct of the employer’s business, as the employer may from time to time direct. A separate schedule determining the day-to-day tasks of the employee may be handed to the employee in the course of employment.
Matric certificate or higher required.
2+ years of experience working in the same or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pastel Payroll software.
