• Valid driver's license
• Fluent in English
• Min Gr. 12 certificate
• Computer Literate – Word, Excel and Outlook
• Previous reservations experience (online and direct bookings, flights & road transfers) Nightsbridge or similar booking system
• Pastel experience would be an advantage
• 2 years industry experience
• Due to our high occupancy, must be able to work under pressure without supervision.
• Duties will include: Handling all guest bookings and accounts. Assist in FOH as per operational requirements. Hosting duties every 3rd night
• Candidate must have own reliable transport due to our location.
• Please note, our reservations office is based at the lodge, therefore duties might also include assisting with some daily operational requirements.
• This is a live-in position, 6 weeks on – 2 weeks off working cycle
• Meals provided when on duty.
