New upmarket Restaurant opening in Rosebank has a General Management position available. Candidates with 6+ years Restaurant general management experience will be considered. Must have very strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Experience in a high end Restaurant environment preferred. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills.  All references must be contactable. Main duties will include staff management/training, opening and closing procedures and general Restaurant administration. Must be hardworking and able to work long hours.
