Sophisticated Dining - Cape Town

Pick Me Recruitment is looking for an Experienced Restaurant GM to join a dynamic team at a top-end, 100 seater Restaurant in Cape Town. The restaurant offers a Sophisticated Dining experience.

The perfect candidate is someone who will work under the wing of a South African Celebrity Chef and requires a strong background relating to Sophisticated Dining and exceptional guest service at a high-end property, actively on the floor tending to guests needs and managing daily operations, quality driven, a leader, stable and able to perform under pressure.
It is a pre-requisite that the candidate resides in the local vicinity.

Minimum Requirements & Key Responsibilities:

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management
• Minimum of 5 years‘ + experience as a Restaurant General Manager at a high-end property
• Exceptional Guest- and Service centric skills
• Must have solid operational and management skills
• WSET or CWA training, excellent wine knowledge
• Candidates must be well spoken and presentable
• Exceptional restaurant administration knowledge and experience
• Must be energetic, passionate and driven to proceed
• Strong Inventory control skills
• Recruitment, continued training and staff performance management
• Proven track record with examples and references
• Matric
• Own transport and valid driver’s licence
• Available first week in October

Remuneration: R25 000 - R30 000
